16" macbook pro powers off in sleep, wont turn on again "Sleep Wake failure in EFI Failure code:: 0x00000000 0x0000001f"

My brand new 16" macbook pro almost every day at some point will randomly turn itself off when the lid is closed and often wont turn back on when the power button is pressed. The range of time can be from 1 minute to 10 hrs in sleep before the computer will actually turn itself off. Often times this happens overnight and when I wake up, I can't get it back on.

When it turns itself off, and i press the power button I hear a fan spin for about .2 seconds but it does nothing. Sometimes when I plug it into a charger, it will turn on grudgingly, even if it has a full battery.

When the computer turns back it gives me a popup saying "System sleep wake experienced a problem"

here is the full error

Good luck jshepin. We can not entertain Beta software here in the Public Forums.

Apple makes it very clear Betas are offered as is,

and there is no support for them outside of the Feedback Assistant App.
