Settings>Accessibility>Touch>Assistive Touch>Off.

Disable "Add New Wallpaper" from iPhone lock screen The new Change your wall paper from the Lock screen is the MOST annoying addition that Apple has ever created! I try to open my phone and find that the phone wants to change wallpapers! It may be great for some people, but I should be able to disable it in Settings! If I want my phone to look different, I want to explicitly tell it what it should look like! I hate having it assume I want to play with looks when I am trying to answer a phone call, or look up information! How do I make it stop trying to change wallpaper on the lock screen, PERMANENTLY!
