Hello. After the reloading macOS I can't see the desk and work on my apple air any more. I see the below massage:

MacOS cannot be installed on your computer. An error occurred while installing this. To use the Apple Diagnostic Utility to test your Mac hardware, turn off your computer by pressing the power button, then turn it on while holding the "D" key until diagnostics starts. Complete the installer to restart your computer and retry the operation.

After I do everything by this instruction times nothing new is happening. Do I have any chance reincarnation my Apple air?

What OS are you trying to install on your mac.

your profile says you are on macO 10.13 (High Sierra)

but you are posing in the Mac OS X Lion community.

Restart your mac while pressing and holding down the

Command and R keys.

This will get you into the Recover HD.

Click on Disk Utility, press Continue.

If you are on High Sierra click on View in the menubar

select Show All devices.

Highlight Macintosh HD (or whatever you called your disk) and run First Aid.

Do you get any errors.

If you are on Lion things will be slightly different.

Open Disk Utility, highlight Macintosh HD and click on Verify Disk.
