Can LED desk lamp damage the MacBook screen in the long run?

Hi,

I've been working from home a lot lately and since my home office does not have much natural sun light, it's quite dimly lit. I'm also using an LED desk lamp to provide more lighting on my desk. I found that the best way to position the desk lamp for my eyes is as follow in the attached photo. I'm wondering if using the desk lamp such way will damage the screen of the Macbook in the long run? Since the desk lamp is projecting light directly onto the laptop screen?

Thanks for your help!

Should be no problem with LED, especially if the light output has notation

of spectrum and intensity printed on the bulb or fixture. I've used higher

output LED lights, & compact fluorescent with 'natural' & other color tint.

Apple and modern portable computer displays have protective coated layers.

However I'm no expert; just simply an end-user of LEDs, among other lights;

& Apple computer products. The light bulb makers have output spec info.

Good luck & happy computing!🌞🌤
