Macbook air keyboard exchange Program

Hi Apple

I am facing a big big trouble regarding to exchange the keyboard of my macbook air In India . it was happend that in lockdown time the space key was stuck but it was not possible to exchange but still i was work with it . but i was working and disturbing in same time .

Now i was go to authorised service center Mathura 281001 reliance service center . i have submitted there . now they said they can not exchange it They are looking for money from me . this is not good for your reputation as Apple . i saw they are not ready for Support as in western countries .

As its clear that you was accept as your mistake of menufecturing . So this your responsbility to exchange it . so i need this keyboard exchange for free .
