Family sharing

I received a email that I joined family sharing and I didn’t I believe for 3 yrs that my ex is in my phone with Apple as me...I only have this phone and no other devices but believe he monitors me and where I am on his device which I believe is connected to my acct How do I begin to or rather take the steps in the right sequence to get him out or delete family sharing to stop with

Then if you are worried about him having access to your Apple ID.. change your password, review your connected devices, make sure 2 factor authentication is being used
