Emoji Keyboard

I bought an iPhone 11 Max Pro on August 26, 2020. I can't use the “Emoji Keyboard” because the phone starts to hang, it freezes.

I turn off the phone and turn it on again. But it only helps for a short time. I had the same problems with the old phone. My old phone was an iPhone X. I completely deleted the emoji keyboard. But the problems only got worse. He got frezze, moving from one program to another. Now the same trouble started with the iPhone 11 max pro. I only use the phone for the second week. I don’t know what I need to do.
