reset and restore to factory settings and my iphone not doing anything for almost two hours, cant do a hard reset.
I was trying to erase and reset to factory settings and phone now stuck for 2 hours doing nothing. ?????

Try putting the device into recovery mode and restore it that way. You will need a computer in order to attempt this.
