Snooze Mail

Hi,

Does anyone know if it is possible to set a 'snooze' rule in Mac Mail?

Ideally, I would like to have my work email in mail, but not to receive work emails outside of work hours (and to set a snooze rule to keep them out of my inbox until the next work day).

I have tried both the 'Check for new messages' options: "Automatically" and "Every minute", however neither does what I need: I have found that "Automatically" does indeed automatically download new emails and makes a ping sound, but only while Mail is the active app. "Every minute" downloads emails even when Mail is not the active app, but it does not make a ping sound – so I don't know that a new email has been downloaded. Mail notifications when the window is closed Can i still receive mail notification when the apple mail is closed?(not quit like Cmd+Q but just closing the window with the x button)

Not for Apple Mail but you can let Apple know you'd like to see that feature implemented in future -- Product Feedback - Apple.

You're most welcome. I believe that Mail Butler offers that option and can be used with Apple Mail -- https://www.mailbutler.io/#/
