How do I find my AirPods with the find my iPhone app because I didn’t set up my AirPods yo the app and I’m really sad bc I just bought them and they already lost pls help me find them 🥺😭😭

You can't track Airpods if they aren't connected to the iPhone.

You will have to go where you last remember having them and look for them.
