Call forwarding stuck on

How do I get the call forwarding off my iPhone?

i have done the following:

Turn off and on

Reset

Reset network settings

Dialled #21# (Australia)

Never ending Spinning wheel with Call Forwarding iPhone 5S has an issue with turning off and changing a Call Forwarding number. Software is up to date, Network has been reset, LTE has been turned off, reset iphone and re-enabled LTE. Nothing has helped.

You need to contact your carrier if you can’t turn off call forwarding.
