Never ending Spinning wheel with Call Forwarding

iPhone 5S has an issue with turning off and changing a Call Forwarding number.

Software is up to date, Network has been reset, LTE has been turned off, reset iphone and re-enabled LTE.

Nothing has helped.

I cannot set up call forwarding. When I try to activate call forwarding on my iPhone 5s it turns itself off immediately. I go to call forwarding. toggle it to on, then press forward to I add my number press + go back the button then toggles to off and my number has been erased. Any suggestions please.

Call forwarding I’m not able to switch on call forwarding. Once I enter the number where I want to forward my calls, after switching on the button, it automatically gets switched off . i tried to contact my service provider also but they say it’s an ios problem. I’m running on ios 16.3 please help can anyone help ?

Call forwarding is a a specific cellular carrier service. Please contact them and explain your problem.
