The 13.7 ios update came out days ago, but my iPhone XR still hasn't received the update. It's set for automatic updates, and I check every other day or so. It's running 13.6.1 yet Software Update says it's up to date.
What's going on, and how do I fix it? How do I get 13.7?

You are welcome and am glad that you were able to follow instructions to Force ReStart. There are so many folks who have difficulty understanding the instructions and then executing them correctly. I understand that it can get complicated.
