Volume

i recently got an iphone x as a gift and when i press the volume down button it goes all the way down without me holding it down and it takes a few tries to get the volume back up.

If you have it in a case, take it out and see if that fixes it.

If it doesn’t, you have a broken volume button, contact Apple Support.
