My iPhone 11 has this problem where the volume goes up on its own and doesn’t stop. It also takes a bunch of pictures on its own because of the rising of the volume.

Updating your iPhone:
See if you need to install some updates. Doing so, bug fixes may fix this.
Update Using a Computer:

IMPORTANT: If you have an option to update, however, then be certain you backup your iPhone first. That way, you will have something to restore your iPhone from should anything go wrong with the update.

if you use any phone protective covers, remove it and check.
