icloud backup fail
Since 7 days ago. I can not get an iCloud backup complete. It says could not complete due to net problem........ not manually or automatic.

I have a trustful wifi, I have tried another trustfull wifi, I have more than enough cloud space and on my phone but, I keep getting this message " the las backup did not clompete because net conditions. This is happening since 31 august and after getting the latest update on iphone ios 13.7
Try this and see if it works.
Go to Settings>Your Name>iCloud>Apps using iCloud>iCloud backup off.
Completely close the settings app by swiping up from the bottom of the screen, swipe left or right to get to the settings app preview thumbnail and then swipe the preview up and off the screen.
Turn Off WIFi in the Settings.
Restart your phone.
Turn WiFi on again.
Go back to Settings>Your Name>iCloud>Apps using iCloud>iCloud Backup>On>Back up now.
No luck. The process starts saying... Making backup... getting how long would it take..... and a few seconds later, the error comes: Backup have not been completed due conditions of the net :( I do not want to go to the process of restoring or making it a new phone all over....
You could try resetting network settings. Settings>General>Reset>Reset network Settings. If you do that, you will have to enter passwords for all of the WiFi networks that you have been connecting to.
After deleting my last backup from the cloud. I tried again to backup and finally, it started the process succesfully. Thanks for all the help.
Is the device connected to a reliable WiFi? Check the following as well -- If you can't back up to iCloud or restore from iCloud backup failed - Apple Support.

Any chance you can post a screenshot of the error message/notification? Blur out sensitive data.
Thank but did it and still the same message. Two days a go tried to make a iTunes or computer back up but had it for 40 minutes and the progress bar on the Mac did not advance one bit.
When you're trying to create the backup, are you connecting the device to WiFi?
Perhaps you should contact Apple for help now. Use this link.
Choose Music, Apps & Services, then choose iCloud, then Update, Backup and Restore and go from there.
