Bluetooth unavailable

I woke up this morning to my phone not connecting to my airpods. I looked at my settings and it said bluetooth unavailable and it was greyed out.

I updated my phone and reset my phone and it still says it. It is very weird because my apple watch is still picking up my messages.

Not sure what's going on, can anyone help me please?

iPhone 12 Pro Max Bluetooth issues So I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max on AT&T. I owned AirPod Pros, and a Series 6 Apple Watch. These devices do not reliably stay connected at home or away. I also drive a Tesla and use my phone as the key - the iPhone does not connect to the phone, at all even when I try to tell it to connect. I own an electric skateboard called a OneWheel that is controlled by Bluetooth. The iPhone 12 Pro max does not reliably connect to that device, or will randomly disconnect in the middle of a ride. I have reset every setting on this phone, I have completely wiped the phone and started fresh with no apps. I tried each app independent of the other and still nothing. I have replaced this phone under warranty and gotten a new iPhone 12 Pro Max and I still have the same experience. I have an older Pixel 3 XL that works just fine with all of my devices, but I am paying for this phone and would like it to function. Has anyone else run into this? Any suggestions or thoughts? Bluetooth Toggle is not available on my iPhone 7 update 13.3 Tried disconnecting and reconnecting with my airpods and my Bluetooth suddenly became unavailable. “Bluetooth unavailable” shows in place of the toggle. I am unable to turn on Bluetooth. It is constantly showing a spinner instead of the toggle button in Settings > Bluetooth. The control centre toggle lets me turn on Bluetooth, but it automatically goes into 'off' state within a few seconds. I have tried toggling Airplane mode and also hard reboot, upgraded my O.S from 13.2.1 to 13.3, even went ahead and reset my iPhone 7. None of them worked. I am an ardent user of the Apple Watch and I’m worried all my accumulated data for the year would be lost considering I have hit all my goals this year and I would like to finish the year on a high. Anyone else facing this problem? Device: iPhone 7 32gb Jet Black current iOS: 13.3

Aw thank you so much but already saw this and I cannot do any of this because bluetooth isn't available on my phone. It is all greyed out and won't let me select it in my setting app. The settings keep freezing also.

I have also tried a network reset and that didn't work so am wondering if a full on factory reset and restore is in order?
