Thin Pink Vertical Line on Screen

Just got my new MacBook Pro 2020 at the end of July. It's only the first week of September and a thin pink vertical line has been showing up randomly in the middle of my screen. Sometimes it will stay for a few mins and then disappear. Other times it will sort of flash on and off. I put the computer to sleep and even restarted and it will still appear.

I didn't drop it or hit it against anything. Pretty disappointed because it's new, very expensive and seems faulty.

I saw another post with the same problem but it was a thin blue line. Don't know what the outcome was.

What is the problem? Can Apple fix this? Do I need to send it in for repair?
