Deleting Calendar

I have access to my work calendar on two iPhones having linked the phones to my Microsoft Exchange account.

As well as my own work calendar I have access to colleagues calendars on the phones but I want to remove them.

If I ‘delete’ on my iPhones this won’t effect their own access via their own devices will it? I’m concerned that I’ll delete and they’ll lose access.
