Hi, i have lost my iPhone 6 due to theft, is it possible to access the iphone settings to unable the location?

Just so I understand you correctly, you lost your iPhone and want to access it remotely to disable the location? Or are you trying to locate the iPhone? If it's the latter then you can sign in to your iCloud on iCloud.com and if you had 'Find my' enabled on the device you should be able to see its last known location.
