You cannot delete any one particular saved Wi-Fi network/password on your iPhone. There is no management system for that as of the current iOS.
You can delete all the saved Wi-Fi Networks but that means you'll have to re-enter the passwords for the networks you want to join all over again. If you would like to do that: Settings > General> Reset > Reset Network Settings.
However, if you use a Mac and have setup iCloud Keychain on both your iPhone and Mac, then there is a good chance that all your Wi-Fi password info is also viewable on your Mac. And you can "manage" it on the Mac - yes, you can also delete any one of the networks/passwords.
Once deleted from the Mac, they should also be deleted from your iPhone thanks to iCloud Keychain.
To do this on the Mac: Change advanced Wi-Fi options on Mac - Apple Support
and look at
