Bluetooth devices Disconnecting/Reconnecting

Hi,

I've a very annoying problem with the bluetooth function on my MacBook. My bluetooth devices(speaker & headphones keep disconnecting for like 10 secs then reconnecting by Themselves. I've tried the debug options, restarting the MacBook, deleting the bluetooth playlist file and nothing is working. Please assist, it will be greatly appreciated.
