Hello! I have ipad 2 mini. Actually i have ios 8.3, it demands to update up to ios 12. But i could not do that because it writes that i must connect ti the computer and do that via Itunes. But i can not manage to it. Could you explain me how can i update my ipad if it is possible.
With your iPad mini2 being so far behind, update from iPad settings won’t be possible. Instead you must either use a PC (with iTunes installed) or a Mac computer (with iTunes or Finder - as appropriate for the installed version of macOS).
