I have not and am not buying iTunes now or ever. Please stop charging my PayPal account.

I am getting charged for iTunes in the amount of $4.99 taken from my PayPal account. Is it because I sometimes charge my iPhone through my laptop? I don't buy iTunes and am not interested in them, so why am I being charged?
