Phone is disable connect to iTunes

Hello I locked my iPhone 6S and I don’t know how to unlock , cuz I forgot the password on my iTunes but I know Apple ID and account on my email, but don’t know password on iTunes and my phone number that I’m using on that Apple ID is my old number , how can I unlock my iPhone 6S using only my email that I have ? The Apple ID it’s not that I’m using now , cuz I have two Apple ID , one is with iPhone X and iPhone XI pro I know that I account Deniz1948@icloud.com, but for second account ID Deniz1948@abv.bg I don’t know it .. please help

Hello Deniz41,

It sounds like your iPhone is locked and you cannot unlock your device because you only have the Apple ID email. Check out this link for support when you have forgotten your Apple ID password.

If you forgot your Apple ID password

Otherwise check out this link for support when you cannot reset your Apple ID password.

Recover your Apple ID when you can’t reset your password

Hi again , this method it’s useful only if I have the old my phone number witch was 0877874744, but I don’t own anymore that was my old phone number and he is set on my locked iPhone long ago , thats why I can’t reset the password on my Apple ID now . I have only my Email and Apple ID that I’m sure and know it for sure only that I have .
