Adding photos in a Keynote presentation

I have a problem with adding photos in a presentation made in Keynote ( the app doesn't let me access the media of the laptop, it shows me only the CLOSE option ). When I checked the media galleries of my iPhone 11 and MacBook Pro, the photos are present, but no picture can be added in the Keynote presentation.

I tried to add photos ( one by one ) in Keyboard mobile app, and it showed me only the top of the picture, but not the complete version. What is happening?
