Episode 1 of my podcast disappeared from iTunes

I just posted my second episode last night, which is now up on iTunes, but my first episode is now gone.

I'm using Podbean: https://theupstream.podbean.com/

I reached out to Podbean and they asked me to double check that I was using the correct RSS Feed which should be: https://feed.podbean.com/theupstream/feed.xml

...But when I went into iTunes Connect, the RSS shown was: https://feed.podbean.com/theupstream/last1/feed.xml

I tried to correct this several times but the update won't "stick."

I'm really illiterate to all this, so I appreciate anyone's help here. Thanks in advance!

Just to confirm that you are following the correct procedure in Podcasts Connect:

Go to https://podcastsconnect.apple.com (sign in if necessary) and click on your podcast. This will bring up an info page with a field containing the current URL of your podcast. Replace this with the new URL and click 'Save'. Then click 'Update' and the page will check that your feed is valid. If there are any errors you should correct them, then click 'Save' and 'Update' again. This will change the Store to using the new feed, but again it will take 1-2 days to do so. Note that doing this does not change anything for your subscribers (since their iTunes applications read the feed directly).

A better method than this would be to ask Podbean to add an 'itunes:new-feed-url' tag containing the URL of the correct feed into the feed currently in use (I asume you can't edit the feed yourself). That will sort the problem immediately for subscribers and within a day or two in iTiunes Store/Podcasts app.

If this isn't possible and you still can't get Podcasts Connect to accept the correct feed you could try Podcasts Support. Go to https://itunespartner.apple.com/en/podcasts/overview and click the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page.
