water damaged iphone
my iphone 11 has water inside of it and im not sure of what to do

This would not be a DIY repair. I suggest that you stop using your phone immediately to prevent any further damage and make a Genius Bar appointment at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider to have them take a look and provide you with your options.
