My watch will not turn on

My watch will not turn on, or boot up. All I get is a red lightning bolt and the time. It has been like this for a couple days now on the charger. (and it is still keeping time but i get nothing else) I have tried doing the force restart by hold both the on/off button and the crown but it never restarts. (getting the Apple icon)
