Apple Music radio won’t play

So, every time I go on Apple Music, put on radio “102.7 KISS FM” (because I get tired of listening to my playlists over and over again) every time I try to listen to that radio station, it’ll say the intro but nothing will play Only adds? Maybe I overused it too much? I have IOS 13 and an iPhone 7plus? Maybe my phone is too old now? This has been going on for months now and it’s now annoying. I’m an Apple Music member? I thought the station was free. Anyways can someone help... I just want to try to find some new music this is annoying now. Thanks!
