my apple computer has stopped being connected to my printer. It worked fine 2 days ago. All the cables are connected. There is no printer icon on the dock. Tried the system preferences but couldn't find the "software updates"

Ever since i upgraded to OS 11 big sur... printing stopped and i can not find any printers on my 4 Apple Macbooks and Imac. So frustrated with Apple lately. Epson et-3700 Printer is what i am running via wifi. My 3 windows 10 machines find the printer and print to it flawlessly.

as for the Apple machines- not one can find the printer in the Printer & Scanners section...

Since the new upgrade I can't print from my HP. However, my husband can print from his HP computer.
