Apple News disappeared and will not download after my husband shared his News+ subscription. I’ve removed restrictions on my phone and my husbands, but still receive the message when I try to download. May cancel subscription to see if it will resolve the issue.

Did you remove Screen Time restrictions and then restart?
Yes, I have removed, restarted, etc. All of the above and then some. I’m going to have my husband cancel his news+ subscription and see if it resolves. The news app did not disappear until he shared his subscription with me.
I did about dozen times and I'm back to square one.
