PDF Expert converting small pages to large format e.g. tabloid to D size (11 x 17 to 24 x 36)

I have a set of architectural plans in pdf that I need to remake the pdf with all pages D Size (24 x 36). The PDF expert limits me to the paper size of my table top printer (tabloid size). As an architect, I often want to edit a 24 x 36 set with pdf editing, then reprint the pdf, or reformat an 11 x 17 up to a 24 x 36. How can I create a large format pdf in pdf Expert?
