You cannot turn off 2FA if you've had it for more than 2 weeks. Why do you want to use another Apple ID. Apps are forever tied to the Apple ID they were downloaded under. You would need to repurchase all the apps you use on your current ID under a new ID. Perhaps you could provide a bit more information about why you need or want to do this.

Changing your Apple ID won't fix anything you just mentioned. You need to change the App Store you use. You CANNOT turn off 2FA.

Because I have shifted to GHANA From India so many applications are not working here.
So as my country has been changes many applications are not working.
please I really need to turn off 2FA as I am not able to update and find some applications.
