Failed Boot Camp partition and cannot remove

Hi all,

I tried to install windows through bootcamp and it went all the way and then wouldn't complete. I turned off time machine back up and a couple of other recommended things to try again and Bootcamp is telling me the drive cannot be partitioned. I then tried to remove the partition in Disk Utility using the partition method and that didn't work either. I then went back to Boot Camp and now it is saying that FileVault is decrypting and can't do anything until that is complete. Can someone please help me remove this failed partition so I can get Bootcamp running again? Happy to format if needed as there is nothing of value in OSX for me.

Thank you in advance!

BC Assistant will not support this partition. Did you erase the Bootcamp partition using Disk Utility?
