Spell check "look up" instead of correct of spelling options on first click?

Hi,

I am having a weird issue when spell checking words.

If a word is spelt wrong, I get the red line under it. If i two finger click (right click) on it, rather than showing me the correct spelling, it will first show me the "Look up" option. If I click out of this, and then two finger click the misspelt word again, it will this time give me the spell correction options.

Here is a screen shotted example. I spelt the word "wrong" as "wrng". I two finger click the word and am given this option:

At the end of the day, it isn't a huge deal, but being a horrible speller who is typing fast and communicating with work colleagues over chat based programs while in Covid Lockdown, having to twice click ever misspelt word is growing old fast! It appears to be happening regardless of the program I am working on, but I would suggest that it is less of an issue in web browsers than when using other apps/programs.

Any ideas?

I have a 2015 13" Retina, MacBook Pro, running Catalina 10.15.6
