Apple Podcasts crashing while playing (again in recent months)

Why doesn’t Apple Support answer help when we have issues? I’m seeing where in 2019 over one thousand people were having this issue and Apple didn’t reply...only Apple users. I’m using my iPad Mini2 and was loving it until it upgraded to the 12 version updates. Podcasts crash either within seconds of starting, or can crash after playing for 10 minutes. Previous suggestions of deleting/reinstalling this app and also going back to default settings haven’t helped people previously! Is there a way that Apple will help?

I’ve found that the Apple customer support & engagement here has declined significantly over the past few years. For the first time in many years, I’m thinking about trying competing products. I need a new laptop and my iPhone8 is a lemon. I can’t see any answers for my issues and so much of the comments are from many years back. When I seek answers here, there’s no engagement from Apple. Only fans. It doesn’t help.

It seems like they don’t care as much about quality or service anymore.
