is there a way to access my iMessage without using the phone because my screen is broken right now and the normal iMessage on the my mac doesn't get my texts ever even though they are linked ?

If your iPhone is not connected to cellular network from your carrier then your Mac will not receive the texts. If the iPhone is connected and in the network coverage area then no matter where the Mac is in the world, if it gets connected to WiFi Mac will start receiving iMessages and SMS/MMS too.
