My iPhone is difficult to use because the screen look like ghost touch. Every time I try to use with faster than the screen always trouble.

can the community solves the problem of my iPhone? I hope you’re doing the best for your community and your customers in Malaysia. I love iPhone and I can’t change IOS to Android version. I very appreciate if you’re doing the best I very hopefully.

Black lines and ghost image on screen for iPhone SE gen 2 Several days ago, just after updated IOS 17.0.2, when I was using twitter in bed, I noticed the screen was full of tiny black lines. At first I thought it was some kind of effect in the app or something since those lines are so thin (1 pixel) and keep exact same distance (3 or 4 pixels) from each other and it seemed disappeared when scrolling. But then I realized it was an issue since it did not disappear after quit the app and I even noticed some ghosted images burned into the screen especially noticeable when looking at black image. Those ghost images will disappear if turn off the screen long enough, but will burned again when using it. After updating IOS 17.0.3, these lines are still there, so I guess it is a hardware issue instead of OS bugs. My question is since this phone has its warranty expired, does that mean I have to pay if I want it to be repaired? Since I never bullied it (never drop or put under water, and it even has some level of water resistance) and used it with care, it raises the concern: Is iPhone SE’s quality really this bad? The screen on it could only last for 3 years of normal use? Or does it actually some sort connect to the new OS which is too powerful for this cheap phone?

iOS 16.0.3 - ghost touch, top bar not working, glitch in screen and touch not working. Updated my iOS from 15. Since then I am unable to use my phone because of touch glitch, widgets are getting deleted, screens swapping, flickering. I am unable to use the phone, as I am worried it’s gonna send an email or text or share some personal pictures. I have no control over the phone. This update is stupid. I now have a phone which I cannot use. I Don’t have a phone back up and I cannot reset my phone. There is so much stuff. Now fix this asap by giving another. Update or tell me if there is a fix I can do by myself.

Change 3D or Haptic Touch sensitivity on your iPhone

Go to Settings and tap Accessibility.
Tap Touch, then tap 3D & Haptic Touch. Depending on the device you have, you might see 3D Touch or Haptic Touch only.*
Turn on the feature, then use the slider to select a sensitivity level.
