How do I make this background white, please?
I've tried masking the background, then bumping up the exposure, however, because she is wearing a white T-shirt, it's captured in the mask, and so are her teeth, so I can't bump the exposure more than I have done on the mask...

As the image I showed you add the color mask first to select the white (I made the wall pink) and the shape mask after it to subtract from the color mask.
Use shape masks to exclude the area inside her body.
