I am currently trying to set up imessages and face time but I cannot get past the login page. Ive reset my password several times but still to no avail. If i put a deliberate wrong password it highlights in red below the logins but if I put the correct password in it says its wrong in a blue pop up at the top of the screen???
Device or computer? Can you sign in other places using the same ID and password?

Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.
Try a restart.
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Try a forced restart.
If necessary
Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.
Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup.

Messages - If you can‘t sign in to your iMessage account or FaceTime on your Mac.

Im trying to do it on a MacBook Pro. I don't have any other IOS device
