hi. when I am on call, the person on the other end cannot hear me if I am using my airpods 1

Hello,

Start with a full reset:

Reset your AirPods

If no help, try this:

Open the Settings app and go to the Bluetooth section. Next to the AirPods entry on the list of devices, you should see an “i” icon inside of a circle. Tap this, then select microphone, and set it to either left or right.

A. Visit these Apple Support links:


B. Verify the Balance:

  1. Go to: Settings
  2. Tap: General
  3. Tap: Accessibility
  4. Scroll Down: to Hearing
  5. Adjust: the audio volume balance
