app update on new MacBook

Just purchased a new MacBook Air. Tried to update iMovie. Message reads: Cannot update because app was refunded with this Apple ID. Its NEW. ?

Click here and follow the instructions. If you can't accept them into your Apple ID and didn't customize your order with paid preloaded applications, delete and redownload them.
