I been paid $.99 before changing my phone so do I have to keep that?

I been has contracted with my phone S7 plus

and pay just $.99 so can keep that contracts with my phone 11?

99¢ can be an Apple iCloud storage subscription charge, and that’s tied to your Apple ID and not to an iPhone.
