Localised string not found

This relates to an old Mac Book Pro which hasn’t been used for a couple of months and is only used for internet use at the moment, and without a problem until now. The message “localised string not found“ has a date of Jan 2018 next to it. Does anyone know how to address this issue please.

What Language are you using?

Safe Boot, (holding Shift key down at startup), does the problem occur in Safe Mode?

Safe mode attempts to repair Disks & clears lots of caches & loads safe Drivers, & prevents loading of 3rd party extensions, so if Safe Mode works try again in regular boot.
