Gift card

I bought the code from the store. I enter it in the appstore, it displays to me "this code is already activated"

the balance has not changed. is it possible to find out when the code has been activated in order to make a claim to the store?

I can't redeem an Apple Gift Card because it says that it has already been used I lost this piece of code here, and less than 30 minutes later, when I used the code myself, it showed that it had been used. Need money back for purchase code [Edited by Moderator]

where is the 4 digit PIN number on the gift card I am trying to check the balance on an Itunes gift card. Am asked to enter a PIN number but cannot find one. Under the scratch off box is the redemption code
