How do I delete activity history?
My watch cannot update due to not enough space. The largest contributor to my space usage is my Activity app history. Is there a way to easily delete years worth of Activity history?

Unpair your Apple Watch via the Watch app on your iPhone.
Then Re-pair your Apple Watch,this deletes temporary and corrupted files
and also re-indexes the file system freeing up a surprisingly large amount of storage space.
