I am being charged double the amount of money that I usually would be for my Apple Music? I sent a email to Apple Music asking how to cancel a subscription to make sure I’m only paying the 10.99 and you guys have ignored me. I have been being charged 22.59 for the past 4 months now and I’m getting frustrated.

First, you are not talking to Apple here. This is a user-to-user forum.

Second, you might try one (or all) of these:

See or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support

If you see "apple.com/bill" or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support

Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support
