I am being charged double the amount of money that I usually would be for my Apple Music? I sent a email to Apple Music asking how to cancel a subscription to make sure I’m only paying the 10.99 and you guys have ignored me. I have been being charged 22.59 for the past 4 months now and I’m getting frustrated.

i got charged 22.59 on sept 2 and again sept 9th
before that I was charged 22.59 with on August 26. That’s three payments within 4 weeks
Then august 19th I was charged 22.59 again and I am signed up for the $10 a month plan.
On July 15th I was charged 22.59 but on July 20th I was charged 11.59. I am very confused with what is it going on
