iPhone not working, changing with only diagram showing it need to be connected

It has been charging for hours, using several different cords including m Mac. Cannot use, same diagram showing up for over 8 hours with support.apple.com/ipone/restore. Tried several reboots and am completely out of business.

What, exactly are you seeing?


It sounds like it's in recovery mode. If that's the case, you need to plug it into your computer and restore iOS.
