I can not play owned movies

I could not play purchased movies, even trailers. It shows only black screen then it crashes. Is it a regional problem? My region is Turkey.

Check System Status

Visit  to see if there are interruptions in service in your country or region.the Apple System Status page


Or force quit the app, restart your MacBook


If you can't stream or watch movies or TV shows from the Apple TV app, iTunes Store, or third-party apps - Apple Support
